The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Name of product: AC Adaptor used with ThinkVision Soundbars. The plastic shell of the AC Adaptor can crack, posing a risk of electric shock to consumers. Lenovo sold the AC Adaptors as part of the ThinkVision Soundbar option. The FRU part number 89P8571 with date code 200810 is located on the back of the adaptor.
